So i know there is a gauge thread and so on but i know crystal, wiggy, myself and many others have a modded speedo, hvac and all other lights. wiggy did a whole how to on red interior and mine is not as perfect as his but its in work. moderators if you dont want this thread go ahead and drop it but wanted to see if we could get pics up of all different light set ups and such.

I've been meaning to get some pics of this stuff up for a while. Custom polycarbonate DTEC bracket, custom painted GBA, powder coated with vinyl graphics 10lb. bottle for my CO2 sprayer (show piece really, I know it's of little value performance-wise), and my matching spare (care of my wife having rashed two of my wheels back in July). I just picked up a trunk lid liner from a 2001 in a junkyard too. The underside of that CBD trunk lid isn't the prettiest, so that should help a lot :clap:

Photographing that bottle is no fun It's nigh impossible to get the graphics to show because of the cylindrical shape and the subtlety of the flat on gloss black. It really stands out in person.

Got other projects in the works. I'll post them as I complete them...

Thanks mang! The GBA has two zip ties around the little loops made for attaching accessories to secure it to the bracket. The bracket has one fold and industrial Velcro holding it in place. Doesn't budge an inch :thumbsup:

You can do the white matrix LED's (that what Crystal/lilsparkplug has). That will give you a bright blue and keep your needles glowing red. You can also do the same LED's in blue, but your needles will be quite dim afterward. Personally, I'd go with the white. Crystal's lighting write-up is in the sticky post too, as I recall. Check it out for more info :thumbsup:

yea you can try vamp too for lights but on auto illumination you have way more option and its cheaper IMO. follow the wiggy guide and crystal as well she gives you all the numbers and how to find them and wiggy shows ya some good guidelines. he made me clear inserts for my hvac knobs and i love them.

this thread didnt kill as i hoped it would... but i have new pics to put in here later. Wiggy just started doin jobs for people for the red kit so put the pics in here if you get work from him! I just ordered new leds n some junk so i have new things to do
