i have a leak from the front of my car in the engine bay on the driverside. it appears to be oil. what fluid flows thru our intercooler?

this oil you refer too, is it suppose to leak out of the intercooler. because i am actually finding this oil running down to my front black air dam under the car.

Could also be a poorly clamped hose on either side of the IC. In that case a good boost leak check and a catch can would solve your issue. (Hell, a boost leak test could also determine if your IC was in fact cracked which I doubt)

Yeah, if it is leaking from the intercooler hose then the intercooler isn't cracked. Just take off the driver's side intercooler pipe and let all the oil out. Then when you put it back on clamp it tight. Also, a catch can is a nice investment. If the oil is coming out of the front of the intercooler then it is cracked.
