Got the motor mount inserts from www.neoncars.com, $28.00 per mount (2 mounts) I installed the top mount today, It took about 10 minutes. No more wheel hop! Car feels much more solid! It vibrates a little but not to bad. Best money I've spent on the car so far! :D I'm happy with just the top mount, I may not even install the bottom one. The difference is night and day!

you'll want to install the ones on the lower one unless you want to bust it. The lower mount takes the most stress on the three and can easily be busted if you stiffen the top one only.

No prob just beware you are the guinea pig, we never doubted they would fit but we do doubt the durability. See the Rex inserts have been know to slip out and in some case completely pop out of the mount. If you have any issues or developments with them be sure to share...thanks sir

I had the REX on my previous Neon. Love em but the top one made too much noise so I took them out during long drives.

I forgot that I still have 4 pieces. I might install them tonight.

rex mounts should FIT SRT No problems :)

if they can survivwe in a 800 horsepower neone for over 1 year they can survive in a SRT :)

also if you ever have a issue just email me and I will correct it. [email protected] 831-338-8354
The inserts shopuld fit a SRT with no problems
\the only issue that has ever occured was with a few mount in year 2000+ that were made for autos.

Deyeme suggested that its maybe becuase the manufacturing people used the auto mounts ina few stick shift mounts. That does make sense as I have sonfirmned with A Chrasyler engineer that the auto indeds have a slightly differnt motor mount.

In short the SRT has the stick shift mount and the inserts don't ever have a problem witht he stick shift mount

I trimed the rex mounts a little just because they are such a tight fit. I like them alot! I drove the car all over today, the rex mounts work great! I don't think they will be working there way out. The wheel hop is gone. I'm very glad that I bought them, money well spent!
