For those that can monitor your ignition timing, what are you getting at WOT? Mine most of the time is 24 but I've seen 30-31 a few of the times. BTW, just in case anyone is going to ask, I use my Scangauge to monitor mine,
Mine is running at 21psi(3rd is 23psi) spike and 16psi at redline and when I run 100 octane, timing stays at 24 and even 30 on a few occasions. So my question is, does the Stage 0 PCM only pull a lot of timing when knock is detected? Because it doesn't seem to do it just based on boost,
24 seems about right give or take a couple degrees, the ecu will pull timing when conditions warrant such as high engine temps, or knock detection, etc.... . Timing does fluctuate. Timing is reduced with the amount of throttle applied as you surely can tell.
