Ever since I installed my Perrin fuel rail with fuel gauge, I've noticed that my idle fuel pressure jumps back and forth from 58 to 70psi quickly, within a sec or so and continues. If I rev it up, by about 3K or so, it settles to about 58psi and stays there. This isn't normal is it? Everything is the fuel system is stock except the fuel rail but that wouldn't cause it to do that. I have a video of it but I left it on the other PC, so I will post it tomorrow morning. Any ideas on what it could be?

Here is the video. It's at idle and then towards the end, I rev it and you can see the fuel pressure settle,
