Whose all evacuating? It looks like ill be making a mandatory evacuation to atlanta to see my aunt while all this blows over.

This one is going to be bad. We don't get any breaks down here in FLA. I guess I will probably be heading to Atlanta as well. Don't think I want to stick around for this one :wah?!:

If the storm track remains the same right thru Florida from the southwest, evacuation may needed for the Keys and southern Florida starting as early as this Saturday Sept 11th IMO.

It's not looking good for Tampa this time. Hopefully it changes course. We had lots of flooding with just tropical storm conditions for the last one. I don't want to see the damage after a cat 4-5 drops by. I'll make a decision on Sunday evening whether I'll stay or go.

If its anythign higher than 120 get the F out. Florida is NOT equipped to handle a real cat 4 or 5 hurricane. I promise to be VERY far away if this thing doesnt weaken, which it most likely will after marching thru jamaica. :eeeek:

This is some serious shit man! :flame: If it stays cat 4or5 Im bouncin man, Locking the place down, Takin the dogs and cat and of course the wife and headin to georgia. Look on the bright side at least we finally get a weekend without a storm :thumbsup:

ya florida has nice weather most of the time but dam when hurricanes come through it sucks. thats why i live in wisconsin it just gets cold and snows here.

Damn here we go again, I just purchased a 5000 Watt Generators two days ago. I have well water and the generators motor is a Honda so at least I will be able to thank honda for running my well pumps and allowing me to use my shitter.:thumbsup:

KEY WEST.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS WERE NEAR 150 MILES AN HOUR...MAKING IVAN A
CATEGORY FOUR ON THE SAFFIR-SIMPSON SCALE. IT WAS MOVING TOWARD THE
WEST NORTHWEST AT 13 MILES AN HOUR. MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE WAS

im gonna stick it out. probably stick it out at the shop since power seems to go out so esily at home.lus thelast storm knocked down all the damn trees so there is nohing left to fall on a power line over there. but i gotta hussle. i go people who wnt there shit asap and the lat one set me way back and i got 2 cars at the shop to finish too.
