Well first big thanks goes to SRToad4 for coming up or at least posting the idea.
1. Go to Home Depot and in the plumbing section, in the sink repair pieces you'll see a 1 1/2 diameter and 15" long metal pipe(long L shaped) part number H2138C-2, buy that and also buy two or four worm clamps while you're at home depot.

2. Next you'll need to trim the head after the bend. If you have some heavy duty scissors you'll be able to cut it or you can use a grinder to trim it. Be careful not to alter the roundness of the pipe.

3. Now you'll need to sand the rough part, so you dont rip or damage the rubber which it'll attach to.

4.At this point you have to decide if you want a polished look or painted. I hate the polished look in everything so i took the painted way.
5. If you decide to polish it take out some mothers polish and start polishing it.

6.If you decide to paint it take out a sand paper(preferably 350 or larger) and wet sand it.

7. Next use some liquor thinner and make sure no dust is left on the pipe.

8.Now you'll be priming the pipe. I highly suggest you use hi heat primer so it wont start peeling after a few heat cycles.

9.Wait until the primer is dry and apply the paint of your choice. Again make sure to use hi heat paint.

10.Next is optional, you could clear coat it to give it some protection and little shine to the paint so thats up to you.
11.Wait a day for the paint to cure before touching the pipe.
12.After the pipe is dry follow the how to drain coolant how to to drain your coolant.
13. Next take out the clamps which hold the rubber radiator pipe to the thermostat housing and the radiator.
14.At this point before cutting the rubber make sure to put the metal pipe over the rubber to see the fitment. I prefer to have it more similar to the stock and jmb's rather then what SRToad4's look so i will be cutting it further down so this is up to you to decide how you want to angle the pipe.
15.After you cut the rubber pipe, stick the metal pipe in it. It might me a tight fit but it'll go in after a few wigglings(sp?). You could also use some type of a grease, WD-40, etc.
16.After its in, use the worm clamps you bought earlier and clamp the rubber to the metal pipe.
17. Put the piping back into the radiaotr outlet and the thermostat housing.
18. Refill the coolant, and after you start the car make sure you have no leaks. Drive around for awhile and check again to determine no leaks.
19. Use some rubber shine on the rubber section of the piping and enjoy your latest ghetto mod.
