For those who caught my other thread, I'm still trying to get the reasons (in writing) from the district rep on my warranty claim denial.
Unfortunately, my service guy only has his cell #, which he doesn't want to give out without the guy's permission (understandable). However, he keeps leaving voicemails for the rep, which have yet to be returned.
Anyone know of another way to try to contact the district rep? I know his name, for what that's worth, and I also know the 1-800 customer service line is no help whatsoever.

The guy has to work some where. Why will they not give out his office number or at least a swtich board/receptionist number that can connect you. I dont think they are doing everthing they can to get you in touch with this guy/gal.
