About 8 years ago I actually had someone accuse me of stealing their wheels. Those wheels were on my car for over a year. The police came and questioned me at work (the very place I ordered and paid for my wheels). They wanted proof of my purchase so I pulled up my file and showed them the invoice. That was the end of the situation. Since then I've kept all paper invoices just in case some moron tries to pull some stupid sh*t like that again.
I even keep a binder for the installation intructions.

That is a great idea. I knew I was keeping all of my reciepts and install instructions for a reason!:thumbsup:

I usually get about 2 weekends out of a set of tires.... :wah?!:

I go through about 8-10 sets per year and have over 50 tires in my garage right now (16 stored elsewhere and 12 more on the way).

I could be wrong, but I think that classifies as an addiction! :rofl:

I've never had that happen to me, I keep them more as a record of purchase. I started a tiny one for my Neon that I just bought, I've already spent almost 2 grand on that car.

i have owned the car for about 9 months now and it was bone stock when i got it!!! since then i am pretty sure i have already spent between $2,500 and 3,000...... its only going to go up from their i still have tones i wanna do to the car!!!!! =)

I wonder if chrysler is Interested in this because they are thinking about adding factory customization to the SRT line up. Thinking that it might help with sales. Now a days people like to make their cars more their own then the normal cookie cutter style.

^^^ Agreed 110%. But, that being said, the staged power adding kits for the NSRT seemed to sell well. Hell, I purchased a Stsge 2 and Stage 3 myself. I'm willing to bet that they could still sell S3R kits today too. I'd gladly take a proper NSRT replacement with some bitchin' OEM power adders. Can't beat the reliability that comes with them.
