Check spark plugs, wires. Could also be the coil pack. If those check out fine, could be a clogged injector...switch the injector with a different cylinder and see if the misfire follows to that cylinder.

As for getting rid of the CEL....unhook battery terminal for about 10mins, or remove the ASD relay.

 

yes imma have to switch up the plugs and wires....what brand do you recommend???

 

Also check ur intake manifold gasket had same issue and did everything necessary turned out gastket had a small tear on the #1 cyclinder causing misfire

damn so many things i have to do...i might just have a friend of mine go check it out...and just got to shop and they fix the problem...

 

Hmu if you need help. I can find out what's causing it. Don't take it to some crrappy shop that doesn't know our cars..
