Are the hoods for the srt4 universal with any other hood like a sxt or just a neon? im looking to get a plain carbon fiber hood with no scoop and paint it. thanx for any info

You can get a metal neon hood to fit if you bang out some room in the support underneath. Needs a little extra space for the water neck.
If you go CF, you'll have to cut it because obviously it won't bend.
You'll also need to re-route the fuel line into the rail because the plastic part at the rail intake sticks straight up and hits the hood. I just bought a Perrin Fuel rail with the braided steel fuel line that runs a different way.
But you know, the metal neon hood is a lot lighter than an SRT hood. THe difference between metal and CF probably isn't that great. I've got one in the back - lemme go weigh it.
