1) where you from?
2) pictures, specifically of engine bay, focusing on area of concern
3) What are the problems you are experiencing?
Idk if it’s rod knock idk where to start or what to do

how do I post video
Its a 2003 dodge neon srt4 I just bought it for 2000 it has 159,369 miles
Load your video to youtube, then post up the link here, it auto imbeds it.

Your first step aside from loading a video for people to comment on here would be to run a compression check on each cylinder.
I love this car

I’m from sylmar ca I bought this car like a month ago and only lasted me a week
Looks/sounds pretty abused. Clean it up. Put an air filter on. Prepare for a big machine shop bill in your future unless you have a replacement motor.

If you part it out, post up on this site.
Sour I will never part out I love this car I’m going to bring it back to life and proves foos it’s only a neon

As long as the body is clean as far as dents/rust, you can bring them without a ton of trouble.
I’m just glad I got me a neon srt4

I don't follow how they think they can warranty a used motor for a sports car but 800 isn't an unthinkable price. The engines for our cars were available in both the GT and touring models of the 2.4Turbo PT Cruisers, it's the transmission that kicks people in the wallet.

Most (not all) warranties have enough exclusions that they are really just feel good certificates.
