For all of you that have hard shifting problems.... does anyone in here know WHATS WRONG with it?? i'm tired of spending $$$ and nothing is fix. i just replaced the Clutch Fork, bearing and the pivot ball. I adjust the clutch pedal under the dash, extend the slave cylinder rod, bled the system 100000 times
still NO LUCK. so i just ordered the damn Master cylinder and the slave cylinder. Hope this will work.

My problem was the slave cylinder and the clutch fork. My fork was worn so bad that my pressure plate was hitting the fork.

Was the TOB, fork, and pivot ball you put in brand new or were they used parts? Have you tried swapping another clutch to see if that changed anything?

Bad news man, got the car back today with the new clutch and it shifts SO much better. Looks like you may be replacing your clutch again :(

Then again, this is under very little load and at low rpms (500 mile foreplay ftl :( ) but we will see how it holds up after the break in.
how many miles you have on the cm? i'm having the same issue
I will not speak of the CM clutches (search will do that for you). I will have to say clutch or maybe something in the tranny but I doubt it would affect all gears if it was something in the tranny. If and when you get ready to look at clutchs hit up the site listed in our sig, thanks.
Well heres the UPDATE........ its the clutch.... spoke to travis from CM.. and took it down to the shop 2 hrs later..... clutch is rebuilt... installed Bam shift better then my wife bimmer..... now breaking in almost 200 miles now. now chatter is almost not noticeable.... when i turn on AC chatter came back loud and clear....
F*cking clutchs! I'm in the exact same boat I put in a new stage 4 Clutchmaster last fall and it's crapped out already. I asked my mechanic why and he said it was either put in wrong or it was a faulty clutch. A Dodge dealer put the first one in which would explain the lousy install. I'm going to use clutchmaster again because I can reuse my flywheel but if another clutch dies I'll know for sure it's the make of the clutch not the install.
well clutchmaster said is racing clutch it dosent recommend stop and go traffic like CA traffic.......so he told me change my driving style stop riding on the clutch....or get the stg3 hummmm should of bought diffrent car
Three years ago, you'd swear that Clutch Master Stage 4 with 4-pucks was the ONLY way to go. Everything else, especially a Mopar Performance Clutch, was considered garbage. Then it was Act, Act, Act. Now some other brands are being pushed as the only ones worth buying.

Clutches wear out. Especially when the power is raised. It's a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) issue. Clutches wear out. They either slip or they don't disengage properly. A new clutch is alot cheaper than a having to buy/install new tranny from trying to force it!

FWIW, I'm on my second Mopar Performance Clutch. When hot, the original with 45k miles started to drag even when the pedal was on the floor. Also, reverse was impossible, shifting was sometimes hard and the car would creep forward slowly when hot. That doesn't mean Mopar Performance Clutches are bad. And after a 1500 mile break-in, my tranny shifts perfectly again with no creep thanks to the new Mopar Performance Clutch. So that's all I care about.
who'd you talk to at CM? i have one with less than 700 miles on it, and it's doing the exact same thing. i was told not to go WOT until after 500 miles, and i've had electrical issues. after finally going over 4500 rpms, it's nearly impossible to shift, and it really doesn't like to go into reverse.
