Guys this one takes the cake there is no way anyone could say something this far off ever again. I might even need this one to be stickied for all the srt4 owners that har this car is just a "neon". Ok I walk into autozone looking for that mag you guys were talking about and after a few minutes of looking I look up and I'm about to leave when I hear,

Him: Is that your neon?

Me: Yea its my srt4(neon wow already knows he knows nothing about the car)

Him: Yea i know a guy with a black one that runs 15s

Me: That guy cant drive caz i know mine wont struggle to get 14.1-13.8

Him: Well you've got the lowering suspension he dosent.

Me: Really that might do a tenth maybe.

Him: Hell nah that'll give you 4 tenths atleast.

Me: (Frustrated at this point) Ok sure with stage 1 or 2 and a few other mods your in the 12s so whatever.

Him: All I know is my nissan maxima would kill one of them. And a 350z or g35 would kill one too. Maybe them stis or evos can keep up with me but not one of them neons. :wah?!:


Me: I raced a g35 I pulled on him like it was nothin it could be called total domintation. They got nothing there boats with some horses behind em.

Him: No you didnt. For them turbos it matters with the barometric pressure. They can run good one day like hit the next they're so inconsistent.

Me: WTF are you talking about any time you wanna go I'm willing(hes tryin to tell me i didnt take a g35).

Me: So you run on all motor?

Him: I cant tell you what I have done.

At this point I was so frustrated with this ass I was about to walk out then he starts boastin how the 350z or g35 and his maxima would beat my car on all motor. I was like whatever.

Him: All i no is my maxima would kill one of them
Me: Sure I bet what mods you got?
Him: Well let me just say I run at 6 psi HAHAHA
Me: Ok well since you've had your mods ill put on what i choose lets just say 1gs worth of mods and I'll blow your doors off.

I wanted to own this ass but he wasnt off of work but if he was its rainin like crazy here in maryland but i wouldve shown him what a real srt4 driver can do behind the wheel of one of these beasts :eveilgrin

Atleast you didn't get a dum kid driving an "ALL MOTOR" CRX saying that he was about to get one of "our" cars due to all the info he read about it.

After that he convinced me to pop open my hook so he can show me how to in crease the boost pressure by 2psi. He said, " eh, pop up the hood I found out a way to make your car boost from 7 to 9 lbs". By that time there was 5 people surrounding my car looking at the engine.

I laughed at him and said,"my shit boosts 13 stock"! He was like, "whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat" then he wanted to race me and his friends were trying to pursuade me to as well ... I backed down, waste of gas, left legg excersising, right knee and ankle movement, right arm/wrist movement and left arm control. I'd rather eat a burger!

I got pulled over earlier with my brother (STI). We drove to the location when everyone races but on one was there. Except for the cops, passed them up, they immediatelly flipped a bitch and pulled us over! After some questioning and a 100.00 fix-it ticket for not having a front license plate we head back to the meeting spot.

So if I got caught and if it was by the same cop .... either or it' equals bad!

Lol man I know i shoulda bet but see i just dont no wat he has done wat if he does have a supoercharger and nos when i get my srt4 in the low 12s or high 11s ill throw one at em and ill put a 100 shot of NOS even tho i hate the stuff just so i no i cant lose, basically no matter wat he has done NOS would then give me a 10 sec car. Man I am tired of hearing its just a NEON. Is not a lancer EVO just a ugly lancer? A Honda Civic is just a civic? Girls car. ( I dont care if it was in that stupid fake ass movie) As for those glam sissy boy cars...Nissan 350z and G35s etc.these are for old guys with fat wifes and in a midlife crisis. Or for rich boy preppies that have never earned anything in their life. Here is the bottom line: It's all about the SPEED and how smart you are. For me I would rather pay 8 to 10k less and outperform them. Whos smarter? Whos faster? Someone who pays more and goes slower?? NO!!! To me owning one of these glam cars is like a alternative rock band singing a Coke advertisement. It's a sell out ...they are all looks ..that talk the talk but cant walk the walk. They are for followers, sheep who want to impress other sheep with there looks. Those glam cars are like cocker spaniels and the SRT4 is like a pit bull. We may be uglier but its a beautiful ugly and put a cocker spaniel in with a pit bull and who emerges the winner??? Dodge NEON SRT owners hold your head up with pride and say my Dodge NEON SRT4 is faster and cost me less...I choose it because its bad ass and even if you cant afford a G35 now when you can dont buy one ...dont sell out! Be the real deal ...

you don't really believe all that stuff do you? Do you just buy a house because it's brick, not paying attention to factors like neighborhood, age of house, features, propert taxes. Because the cars you call sissy cars would be the "Estates" and the neon is government houseing . Same function but...

Im suprised that he even knew what a neon was most dont and srt4s are even harder to know for anyone not loving it or neons in general. Neon is just the roots of a srt4 . Remember without our regular neons there would be none of your srt4s or even the ugly caliber. I love every neon yeah srt4s are the best and r/ts 2nd and acrs 3rd and my sxt 4th . I just hate when srt owners cant admit to it being a neon . Nothing wrong with neons never had any problems with my nitrous 1st gen neon and my modded sxt I have both so I love neons.
