November 20 2004. This is the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I know that most people are going to be spending some time with families and this may not be the best of times for a meet up so I am putting out a feeler. Not looking for a 10 car usual suspects type thing. Would like to see about 30 or more cars. I am not deploying anytime soon and starting to get a littel restless so I decided to take on a project.

This is a feeler thread for dates. There is a reason why that date and if I get enough response of people who will make a legit effort to make it I will pursue matters farther and prob enlist some of the local ATL guys for help. SO? You guys willing to drive 5 or so hours to a meet up in the southern ATL area? All the other areas seem to be able to do this. Why not us.

Going to check in to some things this weekend and then make some phone calls on Monday to see about sponsor's/swag to give away. Saw Dale's post about bids for the 2006 SRT olympics. I am in NO WAY trying to be that guy. I know about some of the GA people. You AL types need to get together and try to get a count. I know it is hard to say yes or no when so little details are givin but by Tuesday there should be a rough draft of what I want to do. Stay tuned.

Will there be live ammo hunting? Like GA vs FL, AL vs SC, ect? That would be cool... especially with beer and strippers
