Spring mod = carbon spring attached to stock WGA to produce more boost.
ept? I thing you mean EDTIP mod and thats when you cap the red line to keep the car from shooting codes and correcting the extra boost using the spring, dollar mod, or any MBC or WGA .

I'm not sure since I'm yet to try it, but from what I have gathered on this site it does the former.
