faded weather stripping...

i know that just about everybody has faded weather stripping on the bottom section below the windows. does anybody have a sollution to fix this eyesore?

have a body shot paint them. I had my bodyshop paint the cowl on my old 97 eclipse and it looked brand new, and stayed that way. They used some kind of special paint... not sure what though.
sand it and paint it. chemicals cant restore the years of sun and water damage
use penut butter.. (the oils make it look like new) it was a big thread a while back..

That sounds crazy enough to work.
I did the peanut butter trick the other day, it works. I did it about a year ago on my fog light surrounds and no one believed me.
do i put it on there n let it sit? or rub it on then rinse immediately? oh and i love ur rims... mind if i take ur idea? its not copywrited is it? lol
Just paint them bro and be done. The peanut butter, mother's fade to black, etc etc is just a temp fix. Plus it's a pain in the ass.
