BDJs style exhaust with no muffler. Would it be annoying loud or just beastly loud?

depends on the personal opinion of the owner. It varies greatly from person to person as to what is too loud.

Me personally?...too damn loud! If you want to carry on a conversation or listen to the radio at modest levels I'd get a full length exhaust. I mean even my Borla with 3" DP barks pretty good in my opinion, but its not obnoxious.

You could find out by pulling your exhaust off and just running the downpipe around the block; that would be essentially the same thing. A lot of the in-cabin noise comes from the sound echoing through the bottom of the car; if you went no muffler out the side it would be loud for everyone else but not as loud for you.

Well I already have the welfare exhaust. And I like not hearing the person next to me talking :girlfriend cough cough: j/k. But will it be buzzing loud of mustang drag loud?

yea, my MPx and the President of CSC Rons B&B Exhaust are pretty go**amn loud. I run a cat-delete dpwnpipe (no cats), and 3rd gear at about 2200-2500 its really loud and attracts the cops pretty good. The B&B is even louder than the MPx i've heard from Ron. Also, I've heard the DC Sports is pretty quiet for an exhaust. If you want obnoxious fo MPx or B&B if you like.
