I tune my own car and e85 setups want to be pig rich on cold startups, even on hot days they should be rich but lean back out to stoich once the car warms up. You should also see a little faster recovery to stoich idle conditions with warm intake air temps even with a cold coolant temperature. But if both are ice cold the car should be pig rich. I can give exact numbers but my car wanted around high elevens to low 12:1 AFR at post start idle until the car got to atleast 140 degrees farenheit. This is off my Haltech Elite 1500 EMS.
