Dammit all to hell I cant get ny scanner to work. I will try when I get to work this morning.

I ran some baselines last night. My short ram intake(homemade) made 9 pk hp and 11 lb ft. with no boost control.

I hooked up the Halllman and went to town. On fifteen lbs it made 246 & 276.

HERES the kicker. Turned the boost up to eighteen. Boost spiked to 20 came back down to 18 and then fell off to 13 by redline. 258whp & 325wtq.

Holy shit I love this car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want better boost control.
oh yeah A/F never went more leanth an 12.5 : 1

i wanna see this dyno chart........325 WTq seems a little much for me to believe with those mods..........maybe crank..........but if if see the dyno graph i will eat my words

because like ive said since the beginning the computer has this motor by the balz. See a source of mine told me that at 16-17psi the stock injectors are at 90% duty cycle but what we also neglect to realize is how absurdly fat these cars run to begin with. If you increase the boost and bring the A/F down to more sane levels this what you achieve..a shitload of torque and a few extra ponies. Point: The computer is the bitch

n00b :?: What does "16-17psi the stock injectors are at 90% duty cycle" mean?

meaning that they are not totally maxed out then but its all in the A/F to make power under 16psi

if the computer were upgraded yes the engine could see 18 or or maybe higher than that.

well, they come stock with a 2 bar MAP sensor, and run between 12 and 14psi stock, and the Stage 3 comes with a 3 bar MAP sensor. I dont think the car is gonna run more vacuum. . . . :twisted:

Someone help please. Can I fax this shit to someone. I am so excited I can't think straight. I walked around all day with this printout in my hand.
I have four runs to post. Intake only, 15 psi, 18 psi, and 20 psi.

you actually never want ot exceed 90% duty cycle with the injectors....past that and you run the risk of locking either the injector open or closed...neither is good.

Silver, injector duty cycle has to do with how long the injectors are pulsed on by the computer. 100% duty cycle would mean that the injectors are on constantly. 50% duty cycle would mean that the injectors are on only half the time. Injectors get hotter with higher duty cycles and there is some risk of running into problems, but it is quite possible to have 100% DC and not harm anything. The "old" Dodge TIII 16-valve engines used a 100% DC at high boost. The injectors were nothing special.

Where in the rpm range was the 12.5? What octane gas? You will make tons of power at 12.5, but you are borderline for a stock fueled car on pump if you ask me. No audible knock at all?
