Just to clear up some of the arguments over how to deal with car thieves...

PC 9.41 Protection of One's Own Property.
PC 9.42 Deadly Force to Protect Property. A Person is justified in using deadly force against another to protect land or tangilbe movable property:

2) When and to the degree hhe reasonably belives the deadly force is immediatly necessary
A) To prevent the other's imminent commisssion of arson, burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, or theft during the night time, or criminal mischief during the nighttime; or
B)to prevent the other who is fleeing immediatly after committing burglary, robbery, aggravated robery, or theft during the nighttime from escaping with the property;

This is Texas law for concealed handgun owners, so if you come to my house to steal from me, don't plan on leaving.

Man, wish I was from Texas!! I've had my car broken into twice already. I was thinking I'd put razors on my amps and stuff so they couldn't gram them. Guess what the cop told me when I said this, "they can sue you if they injure themselves on the razors!!" Talk about BS man!!! :shock: Gotta love Minnesota...most retarded old grannie law state in the US!! God I gotta move.... :wink:
You aren't allowed to booby trap things in Texas either, but you can shoot them.
LOL, isn't that F*cked up? You can't give them a cut in the fingers or nothin........BUT YOU CAN BLOW THEIR HEADS OFF WITH A SHOTGUN!! :twisted: I'm not sure if you can do that in Minnesota, maybe I should check with the local law enforcement.
