Hey Guys,

After looking for a new 05 SRT4 I find one in NJ, im in MD. They give me a price qoute in an email of $14,122. I was atonished when I heard this, they said it was because of a sale they are having. I was so amazed I called 4 times to double check. Each time he gaurunteed me it was that price. SO i go and get a loan for 16K and call them to put a deposit to hold it because ill be down this weekend. He double checks with his managers to make sure its still here and comes back and tells me that he made a mistake and the price is around 18K. I was guarunteed and I am furious at the fact that I informed them I had taken out a loan and it is on my credit and they just changed the price. Is there any laws I can consult or procedures to get this car for this price?

I am very upset it was stone white exactly what I was looking for. :crying:

that's a shitty way to do somebody. If I were you, and if I had print outs (e-mails)of what they told me, then I would contact an attorney and send a copy of it to your attorney general.

they cannot raise the price more than 15% of what they originally told u if u have it in writing. (here in NH) i dont know how the law is where u live.
