Removed them when I was making room to replace the Intake Manifold Gasket. Both of them have the ends broken off and are stripped, so they can't be tightened completely.

Anyone have a part number? Idea how they broke to begin with?

Not sure on part numbers, but personally I'd run a tap through to clean/recut the threads and just buy any new bolt of the same material from the hardware store at the appropriate thread pitch and length. There's not a lot of material there, but there looks to be enough to oversize if needed.

I've never looked that closely, can a person run a hole clean through and just use a bolt with a nut, washer, and lock washer on the bottom side?

I haven't looked so closely either. Fix the threads if they are damaged. Get a new bolt from the hardware store.

Ha, didn't see the diagrams in time and went with the "go to the hardware store" advice. Threads seemed dirty which caused issues, but I got it figured out. You can get a washer on the bottom left side, but not the right (as far as I could tell).

Hardware store advice worked out fine, just doesn't look pretty.
