does anyone know what compressor surge (turbo spinning backwards) sounds like. ever since i put on my HKS BOV, whenever i start comming to a stop, like, around 5 miles an hour or so i hear this noise, i'm not sure whether it's a spinning noise, or my BOV just gently letting out air. Does anyone else with the HKS BOV hear the same thing? it's not very loud, so you gotta listen carefully.

yeah at low speeds the BOV sounds different than a WOT pull.

can't say i've heard the same thing, i'll try listening. in the mean time, my screw is set to... err ok, take the screw all the way out, then turn it in until it catches, then give it half a turn and tighten the other screw. i've found it to be the loudest there.
