Clutch Pedal Vibration

Hi,

I am having an issue with my 05 srt4.

Over the past few days I have started to notice a vibration in the clutch pedal when depressing. When clutch pedal is fully depressed, no vibration & car will shift like butter no lockouts. I can also hear a rotational noise (squeaking) well driving that goes away when I depress the clutch

I checked in the window and can move the fork up and down when pedal is not depressed. I can’t remember if that is normal, or an issue.

Clutch and trans specs :
Act 6 Puck sprung
Act flywheel
Mopar tob
AGP fork
Dcr master and slave cylinder
Dcr clutch pedal rod.
SRT4 Gear chromoly pivot ball
AGP extenders and selector

So far I have adjusted the pedal out further but same issue occurs. I am thinking the fork is floating hitting the pressure plate but not sure if that’s a correct assumption/what the fix for that would be.

If anyone could point me in the next direction to look I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

Aftermarket clutches almost all do this. Or is this something that wasn't happening before and only now has become noticeable?

This is something that has just happened, I have ran a act 6 puck for 45k km and popped a spring, replaced with same clutch about 15k km ago. Never ever had this vibration in the clutch pedal before this.

I just took it for a 5 min drive and now something is grinding (not the gearset) when I disengage clutch when shifting from 2-3 or disengaging when I come to a stop.

Update:

input shaft bearing fell apart, which was causing the grinding noise on pressure plate!

Time to drop trans and remove gearset 😎

Shit man, the exact same thing just happened to me....was chasing clutch disengagement issues. Replaced the master/slave before the bearing finally had enough and left the chat.
