does all those 2nd Gen base model neons in the junk yards...can we use those cables on ours?

only the first year, of the second generation neons used a cable clutch. All SRT models use a hydraulic clutch. The firewall where the cable or master cylinder mount is different, so (without a lot of work) the cable would not work in a car meant for hydraulic and vise versa.

But the shifter is a cable and that s what im talking about and im sorry for putting clutch cable

ok if you're talking about the shifter cables, then no, the base model neon cable are not the same and will not work on an SRT-4.
