I remember reading this somewhere but I just can't FIND IT!!!

I notice if I turn my steering wheel at low speeds it "clicks." WTF is up?

mine clicks to sometimes , my emergency brake gets caught in something when I pull it up actually hurts my hand sometimes. just figure its crap dodge quality

Take it in

There are some parts that need to be installed. I took mine in and it's fixed. There is a TSB on this right now.

Mine did the same thing for awhile but it eventually just went away, try adjusting your steering column (raise-lower) a bit and see if you notice a difference. It is a TSB for like all 2002-2004 neons I believe
