I am trying to get to the bottom of a lag issue that is sensor related. I want to replace the cam position sensor. I would like to check voltage if possible. I know i can check the voltage at a stop in nuetral but my issue is on acceleration when the voltage would be moving around. How would I check this with no dyno?

datalogger? oscilloscope or a nice DMM and a passenger watching the road for you?

drb with lab scope attachments would be super. oh yeah and check it at the pcm side of the harness to rule our the wiring.
