Catastrophic Failure

Ok, maybe not as bad as it sounds but I was pretty much stuck all night. Freaking JMB intake always did rub the coolant return line to the turbo. Very tight fit. Welp, it freaking ruptured the line tonight and coolant sprayed everywhere. I mean everywhere. I was running completely dry and had no idea until I saw 258 degree temps. Parked my shit, my Powhoa AEMPimp (my savior) picked me up, took me to Walmart for some quick fix coolant. Made it home, 4.5 hours later. :frogtongu

Fuck JMB, kiss my ass mother fucker. I bet that's why Kiwidog sold all that shit. Not to mention the fire he had. :jester:

Thanks again Matt, I appreciate it big time for helping me out tonight. You are truly a friend. I owe you one big time!

Oh yeah, back to stock air box. Bishes!

Haha no problem buddy i am always there for you when you need me:boxing: so i hope your car is better now try and put the stock airbox on and let me know if it fits past your hardpipe, and then you should be set all i know is that JMB really does suck i mean why make a cold air intake with no support at the elbow??? :hellno: so call me some time tommorow and let me know if you want me to pick up some coolant at lithia and you can just pay me back. take it easy Thakashi:shift:
I went back to the stock airbox when the filter fell off my CAI lol.

Could have been worse! Some poor souls have had problems with the CAI pipe arcing on the positive battery terminal.

Oh god, don't mention that. The intake doesn't fit with the red safety cover since it hits the battery. I never had that problem but I'm done with it. Learned my lesson. That's what I get for not going with the Mopar CAI. Anyway, I apologize for the language in the first post. I'm just a tad mad right now. :flame:
How now brown mad cow.

BTW hope all is OK, let me know if you need any help.
If you need any of the turbo lines, etc. we normally keep them all in stock and could ship out ASAP if needed.
hit john up on a intake
I have the ultimate intake, rubbed a hole in my 90 degree vacuum boot off of the brake booster. A very tight fit in that area. Glad to hear you made it safely home.
Mopar CAI for the win biotch's.

Sorry to hear bonin. Your car is way to cherry to have that hacked up piece of crap under there anyway. No battery terminal cover, wrapped in rubber, poor fitting.

I've seen at least 4 or 5 cars in Chicago running JMB intakes without any problems.

Maybe you should learn how to install an intake properly before flaming JMB.

Oh yeah, Mopar, I mean, spending money for Mopar to buy AEM's intake, paint it, and put their logo on it for $100 more, FTW! :gay:

WOW, not 1, but 2 stage 3s? Shit, look out Darrell Cox, here comes SRT4Ronin.

The JMB's design is great. If you have the ultimate intake, there are a few slight alterations needed to get the intake to fit without problems. Again, I say, if it was properly installed, this wouldn't have happened.

Sorry, but JMB has been great to us Chicago guys, and I'm not going to let a couple jackasses try and soil that name because they can't work on their cars. By your logic, AGP and ATP suck because they don't clock the turbos for you. Sorry, but some things take a little extra work, they can't hold your hand for every install.
Cool. A hate-fest in the PNW! Fight, fight, fight!
