Other than the cam sensor, sometimes TPS wiring at the connector is cracked. That's a tight fit, no extra wire length.
MAP sensor wiring and Crank sensor wiring should be checked to make sure both are fully seated at the connectors.

Cam sensor magnet is separate from the cam sensor.. If you are changing the sensor, change the magnet also. Once the sensor is removed (2 bolts), then you can see the magnet. It is held in place by a center bolt. The magnet is keyed so that it can only be installed one way.

I think we need some more background on this problem.

Is this 2500 RPM limit something that has just happened since the sensors were changed or was that an issue before the sensors were done?

I got the impression from your original post that the new cam shafts you have weren't in the engine yet.
Is that correct?

If the timing is off enough on the intake cam, it would set the engine code P0016.
If the exhaust cam is off, it won't set any code. Are there any engine codes active?

What cams are in it now? Stock or aftermarket? Does the engine have aftermarket adjustable cam gears?

Has the timing belt ever been changed?

retro_1850 with very good info.

OP, did you change the magnet out and cam sensor out yet????

In your original post you said you replaced a bunch of random sensors. WHY????

Then you talk about that you are about to put cams in it. If the cams are not installed yet what does that have to do with the 2500rpm issue>? Why mention it? Put a new Mopar cam sensor and magnet in and see if that fixes your issue before you put cams in your car.
