Don't know if this has been posted, I didn't find it, but I was just at Borders and noticed that the new Car and Driver did a comparo of the "Featherweights". It was the SVT Focus vs. MazdaSpeed vs. Spec V vs SRT-4.

The SRT spanked'm coming and going and won the comparo. The best line in the article was "Mustang GTs and 350Zs, bring your pink slips if you dare" :lol:

Yeah, good write up. It was amazing to see the SRT-4 vs. the competition for 0-60 and quarter mile times. Well, there really was no competition.

I thought it was funny that the C&D guys listed the "boomy exhaust" and "single purpose seats" as lows! Those are two of the best features, IMO.

ya i know what you mean. They said it was reminisent of their old car with the exhaust falling off....NOT! i love how it sounds, but i guess to each his own...
i think my fav comment was against the Spec-V (my previous future car choice) "you never forget its a cheap car with a big motor." hehe
