For those who missed it, C&D did a "featherweight" comparison of the Nissan SE-R sV, Focus SVT, MS Prot, and the SRT-4. They ranked

1. SRT
2. SVT
3. MSP
4. SE-R

Complaints of the seats and noise abound, but the power was the kicker.

I read the C&D test it was based on only sub 20K cars

Ya, that was probly one of the best issues of CD in a while, about the seat complaints,, did they basically say that they didnt have enough lumbar support?,,

and the MPG's?? only 14!!!... jesus did they have it floored for the whole 400 miles with flat tires?!!?!?

Automobile did the same comparo but the SER didnt make the cut it was Cooper S in its place but still the SRT4 whooped ass. Now an interesting tid bit the 350Z was rated in the same mag and by the time both cars hit 60 thats when the SRT4 says bye bye :lol:

Biggest complaint about the seats is they were too narrow and too race-like

Sarcasim or not heres what C&D said "For another, those seats look cool and provide great lateral support, but they'd be pretty confining to live with day in and day out."

That's whats funny about the EVO, Mitsu purposely gave the US the bigger seats because Americans have bigger asses on average than the Japs. :lol:

They should have made a groove in the middle of the seat for us USA buyers we need that extra room for the boys. Everyone else should have gotten a bump so help support there...small butts
