BOV Flutter

I need help here. I have a TurboXS BOV on the atp UPP and the AGP Blank off plate for my old relief valve. But my BOV still flutters under low boost. Even at high boost, it has the familiar hiss that turns heads :hahaha: but then it flutters right at the end. I was wondering if my vacuum lines are hooked up wrong or what?? I can't figure it out.

CAI? They cause tons of flutter...
flutter is there with cold air or not guys. just with the cold air is not resonated so you can hear it. with the airbox it is resonated so you cant hear it. take it from the , the guy who put a recorder inside his airbox and drove the car. then listened to the tapes. the flutter was still there

LOL ray, you dont fail to make me laugh even on a bad day! :jester:

yea, which line did you tap into? The pink one (which is a big NO NO!!! :flame: ) or did you tap into the black one off the throttle body?
Yeah, the pink one. I'll change that.
Ok, I tapped into the black line on the throttle body, and capped off the pink line, and the flutter is still there, slightly. Also, I'm showing 3psi higher without messing with anything else.(was set at 15, now boosts to 18)Weird.
try changing your washers considering you're running the RFL.

that's because the longer the lines between the turbo/bc/wga= more spiking..
Ahh, I just set mine up yesterday (Agp WG and Turbo XS mbc) and I noticed the flutter as well. I have long lines run to the mbc so I could mount it in a good place (right by the drivers side strut bolts) so my lines to and from the mbc are like 1.5 to 2 feet each, If I mount it in a closer place it should eliminate some of the flutter? Is there anything else I should expect (higher boost, etc)? Oh and I am running off the green line.
UPDATE!! I just got my stage II on and the Spearco Monster Intercooler. Looks Great, runs fast. But the BOV still flutters. Also, What boost is everyone else running with Stage II ?????
s2 mopar plate and aem cai. w/ a cai there's nothing you can do to no longer hear the flutter except go back to stock airbox. my s2 boost does not go over 18/19psi. no boost controllers, 4mm s2 wga.

s2 done to spec, nothing more nothing less.
I just want to be sure its not blowing back past the compressor. Bad ju-ju.
how many washers do you have in your bov?
don't remember. One. Or even none...I don't recall.
