Okay 245/45/18??
no, still too tall. 235/40-18 is the widest you can go on an 18" wheel without hacking the fenders up, if you are dropped more than 1.5". A 245/35-18 can work in some cases also. Both of these require an 8" wide wheel with a 35mm offset.
