Run a line from the turbo to the boost controller then to the wastegate. Run a line from your intake manifold to the BOV, and to the green check valve that goes to the evap crap in the rear of the car. If you have a FPR run that off of the intake manifold as well.
I dont have any vac line hooked the the factory boost selinoids(SP?). I also got rid of the tip sensor lines.
For the PCV i just have the two lines coming off of the valve cover going into a catch can that has a breather on it. I got that from Jegs.
