Its probably just me being crazy but whenever I fill up at chevrom my car feels sluggish and I swear it seems like I don't boost as high. Thats probably just me being mental though. . .

76 is the ONLY gas i will put in my car...if it is a COMPLETE emergancy then cheveron...they both have great additives...

neither of those nearby? AAA it is.

its got techron...a great additive...76 is even better.

76 is what I almost always use. It is cheap and I have the best results with it.

Here in Vegas there's pretty much only 91octane. On my road trip to Oklahoma in 3 weeks I'll be going thru Arizona, New Mexico, & Texas. Do these states offer 93octane? If so, would you recommend getting 93 while filling up, or sticking w/ 91?

I suggest ALWAYS getting the best! that way you get the most out of the car :lol: it even sais it in the manual that if u use regular its ok but u wont get all the boost output that you can get with higher oct.

BP/amaco 93 oct. The handle has a little clear widow with 3 little red balls in it. It is supposed to show how clear the gas is or something. I've had good results with it in the past, and so far BP is the ONLY gas I've put in my car. I even drove to 3 exits on my way home from Florida when I purchased my car to make sure I found a BP. I've also just started a mileage log for MPG in Excel. I'm sucha dork sometimes!

We had a problem with Shell a little while back. Customers were coming in with ruined fuel pumps because of their gas. Mostly PT Crusiers were have the problem with their gas, we just told alll of our customers not to go there.

i've done the same thing :lol: i'll keep driving till i find a BP, i've even gotten lost before and had to get chevron cause I was in the hood some where alone lol

No thrill California and the soon-to-be recalled of Governor Davis, hopefully we can get some real gas vice using aviation fuel. 8)

I use ARCO and Standard Oil on base (now at 1.98 premium).

Weekend drags Aviation Fuel at the local airport.

Sunoco. They're the only station around here that sells 94 octane. Some of their stations also have 100 octane race gas.
