2. Yes, not 30 hp peak gain, but in the higher rpms there is a 30 hp improvement. You can REALLY feel a differance in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears.

3. Maybe. Do a search with what some people have been doing with this to help prevent a CEL.

I believe if you have stg 1 you won't throw the CEL.
