Anyone else use this stuff for the black around the windows and the rear view mirrors? Only thing that freaked me out is when I first put some on a rag. I was like Holy shit, wtf does this look just like???? hahaha pretty bad.

Where are they sold? I havent seen em in local auto stores.
They work wonders for you?
Yea, that's the stuff, I got it at Napa. It really works great, I had spots on the rubber around my windows and it made it look great. Also it works wonders on the black plastic.

I use this on all of the black plastic. Pillars, Mirros, Wiper Cowl.

very cool. Thanks for the input on those products. I use almost all EagleOne stuff, and thought about trying the back-to-black by meguiers. At our shop, if rubber looks really bad on a car, i just throw some of our tire-dressing on it. makes em look pretty...but i didnt want to do that to my car.

I'll have to pick some up later. Cant hurt to keep the rubbers/plastics on the car treated to keep from cracking/looking crappy.

btw.. pencil eraser for wax on plastics? anyone else try this? I try to stay aobut an inch off of my plastic trim when i'm waxing, because i have yet to find a good solution to getting white wax residue off of plastic (like fog lite covers and around windows)

Soft bristle tooth brush, coffee cup with warm soapy water works wonders for me on wax on trim esp. the fog light shrouds.
