I wouldn't even mess with it myself - that's what the warranty is for. I had that very same fogging effect in a headlight on my '01 Neon. Turned out to be a bad seal and the dealer replaced the entire headlight. (Yea warranty...)
I am blind in the right eye now and half blind in the left. The dealer has ordered a new pair of fogs for me --I hope they do not develop the same problem.
The "Shuttle tile" is the reflective insulating pad that is supposed to be mounted to the firewall above the turbo. Without it - the collector box for the incoming air to HVAC becomes super heated rendering the A/C less effective.
Mine had no screws securing it to the firewall like several others I have seen. The adhesive that is on the backside of the pad fails when the turbo heats it up. roll
Wellll--They replaced the passenger side fog light but I guess they didin't feel the drivers side was bad enough yet or else they only had one unit in stock. Will get that one next trip in. Unfortunately I am getting this feeling that I will know everyone and their families on a first name basis before I purchase my next new vehicle. roll
This is my first post but I had to pass on a little bit of random knowledge I obtained recently. I bought my 04 Srt4 used and abused, it came with a bunch of goodies installed but had a hole in the #1 cylinder. I bought a used engine and redid timing, waterpumo, and all the gaskets from top to...
I have something leaking from the car and I cant figure out what it is, oil is fine, coolant is fine and idk what else it could be, I'm getting a new battery because the old one in there died, I just want some ideas of what it could be
My Caliber starts and runs fine unless it revs above 3000 rpms. If I am not paying attention and I let it pass the 3000 mark (mainly when doing 40 mph or faster, but has occurred below that), the engine will feel like it bounces and the system throws a p0300 AND P0315 codes. My scanner shows...
Locked out of 3rd and 5th gear. It will go into 1st but doesn’t feel right. It will go into 2nd,4th and reverse perfectly fine. It doesn’t change if car is off or on & if the clutch is pressed in or out.
I’m stumped. I’ve done TPS rewire, MAP Rewire, replaced crank position sensor, checked timing, IAC rewire. I clear the codes and immediately as I hit the key on it will throw TPS(p0122) code then I try to crank and it will hard crank and then throw crank sensor( p0335) code. The car sounds...
