been waiting for an answer on the availability of your steering ratio reducer for the SRT...

care to shed some light on this? Is it finally available? How much?

I started a thread down in the Woodhouse Dodge forum. We're waiting on some answers down there as well. :)

You cut the stearing shaft long enough to install the unit. You put splined universals on both ends of the reducer, and attach them to the rack and the shaft. It might be close the right length that all you do is replace factory slip yoke.

doesnt sound too bad. where can i get splied universals? and how do they attach to the shaft?

i believe the "puck type" Howe one installs differently, certainly looks different.

don't know which is easier to intall.
