Another Help with S3 WGA AGP

Since I cant use the search function right now to find the thread I need some help...I put it on and at liek 14 threads it boost to 30psi, so I lower it a little and it boost like 26 but the boost comes on at liek 5000-5500 rpm. Any advice on what to do?
