An odd question but looking for answers

Is there another cig lighter power outlet on our cars? I obviously know about the one in the dash but never knew if there was another one.

Also is it possible to wire one in. Im asking because when i wired my ecutout through the center console there were wires that I was told came from the cig lighter.

cant help with the cig lighter ques, i only know of that 1, but how do you like the e cut out, im installing my switch in the center console as well
