If you don't mind tuning you can make more power with the 50 trim than you can with the S3. That's the biggest difference between the two is S3 is plug n play while the agp S4 takes a little finessing and tuning to get it good.
The statement above will get you near the numbers you are looking for! My current set-up is in my sig and I am in and around the 320whp and 330wtq (on dynojet). With that said I am running with the stock exhaust manifold which is the bottleneck right now for me. With the manifold I would probably gain 20 hp&tq.
