I went to the dealer yesterday to have my SRT-4 serviced for the first time. I have heard plenty of stories about how ignorant the dealers are so I was a bit apprehensive but everything was good. I got the oil changed with Mobil 1 10W-30 synthetic oil, got the tire pressure checked, rotated the tires, had the alarm activated, and got a tube of touch up paint. And it was all FREE! The dealer didn't even try to screw any money out of me.

i went to one dealership because my headlight had condensation and all they said was it was normal lever the high beams on for 20 mins. I told them I did and nothing and they said I have to live with it. It was bad, you couldnt even see the bulbs. I went to the other one in town, and they said ya no prob we will order one in and call when its in. It all depends on the dealership I guess. I can tell you which one im not going to go back to.

Yeah, I guess its like the old saying "Youv'e got to pick your dealers wisely".

I forgot to mention that the dealer is Metrolina Dodge in Charlotte, North Carolina. (Not an advertisment, I'm just trying to help any potential buyers in the area.)
