I purchased a 3 bar map and tip on modern performance and got a rescale done by dave. He was very helpful! But also idk why my tip is not reading ? I have a cel for throttle inlet pressure. After sending him my datalog he saying I have a fail tip sesnsor. Do I have a faulty one by chance ? I also took out that small white screw nipple off the tip sensor to see if that helps but not much. Any ideas what I can do to make it read ? Or should I return it and get a new one?

its possible, but you need to doublecheck all your vacuum lines first.

do this test:
key off, swap the map and tip sensors (plugs are the same) and then key on and datalog. Do you still have bad tip reading? If so, then the electrical going to the tip sensor is bad and not the tip itself.
