No, it wasn't a bad experience. I'm now semi-retired and just can't afford the expense of the trip. I went for many years and really enjoyed it (my SRT even won "Second Place" and "Celebrity Pick" on the showfield in 2010). You should go.

Oh k that’s understandable, I’m definelty going just wanted to see who else will go and how they experienced it if they went before ,

Be prepared for the heat- pretty much the only time that I drink is at Carlisle, my annual one beer. A lot to see and plenty of walking (you'll get a ballot in your goody bag to vote on vehicles there on the showfield). Be sure to purchase your ticket before the Gate-N-Go deadline to save money and have your windshield sticker before arriving.

We're going and bringing all 3 SRT4s - the blue (pictured in our avatar), the black, and the CE.

Fridays generally are pretty well attended. Saturday is wall-to-wall people (and vehicles!). Sunday is a ghost town - generally the only ones there are those who won and want to participate in the Winners Parade.

Yea iwork that weekend as well but going to request the week and weekend off and make it a vacation for the wife and kids,
