If someone really did pay that much, they are nuts. This is still a 15 year old car, regardless of the miles, meaning everything from the plastic to the rubber has aged that much.

I'm all for our cars going up in value but that price is crazy. Good find though, adding it to the list.

 

Yes but stuff holds up better than 80's rubber and plastic.
I have the original radiator hoses on my car and they still feel brand new. Endless heat cycles. Even delivered pizza in this car before I got my better job. 171k miles.

 

That guy for sure wanted it! He bid like 4 times in the last 10 mins. It went from 21,500 to 25 quickly.

Awesome car! If a bank would do it, I would have bought a few ridiculous priced ones... 7 years ago I was young and dumb enough to try for a 04 SY going for 20k. Im still happy as hell to finally have one though.

There are two others out there asking 20k for theirs. Guess well see if they elect to try their luck w this auction site.
