Thats easy, probably because no one has the need for them right now. I seriously doubt anyone would trade their 17"s out for 15"s unless they were using them for slicks or some sort of racing (not of the street variety).
i'm looking at going for 15 or 16" wheels for the street. Better accel/braking, lighter, and cheaper tires. I also plan on using 15's for the strip. I'll keep the 17's for the snow tires
