03-04 Stage 1 in 05 SRT-4

Is there any way to keep an 03-04 Stage 1 PCM from throwing the battery light if put in an 05 car? If I recall correctly It's because the 05 does not have some sensor that the earlier cars do. Is this right? If so, can I add it or fool it in some way? Thanks
