What's up with the forum? Old time neon owner

So came back to the forum to do some research and I don't know if it cause I'm accounts new or if the forum info is lost? I could have sworn it had a lot more info on hear.

I'm building an srt4 04. To be a drag race toy with. Keeping the build KISS and see how far that gets me. Hope to hear from some of the oldschool members that have the knowledge where to invest the money as budget is tight.

So what's up with the forum?
Thanks

aside from the pictures missing due to those greedy bastards over at photobucket, all the info is still here... it just might not be easy to find since years of time has passed as you say since you were last here so there has been much more posted to sift through.

Welcome! It's still worthwhile to be here, we provide information and guide people to the right places when they are having issues with their Neons, and really any vehicle if we can.

Look at the bottom left of this page, select (Classic) style. I ran into this when I first got back.

it was (is) a good resource.
i posted how the forum admin's can fix the images (neons.org did it) https://www.srtforums.com/forums/f378...=1513080355037

i use the chrome photobucket plug in as a work around.

seems most have moved over to facebook, but that lacks the FAQ's and rich history of this forum.

This forum allowed me to do anything from 50trim install to camshafts, facebook has ruined what once was here IMO.
I miss many of my srt4s and maybe one day I can find another worthy of buying.

Yes, that is a very, mmm... effective turbo.

Just enough max potential power where the chassis copes well, it's still very streetable and even if you get close to maxing it out you won't be pushing to so far that tons of other stuff will break (assuming great tuning, a strong mechanical starting point for the engine/trans, and that you treat it well and don't hammer massively hard on the car).

I've never left.
No FB and no social media in fact.
Still lots of good info here despite the Photobucket tizzy.
Never seriously considered selling my SRT-4.
We have 4 cars and I could probably use the space.
Sure, it's only worth between $1500 and $2500 according to KBB.
Even though it's in great nick at 125K miles and the S3-everything is still perfect.
And darn it, I like my SRT-4! ALOT!
